How do I cancel a booking?
Go to My Bookings, select the booking you want to cancel, and tap 'Cancel Booking'. Please check the cancellation policy before confirming.
How do I add my diving certifications?
Go to Profile > Certifications and tap 'Add Certification'. You can upload a photo of your certification card for verification.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), mada, Apple Pay, and bank transfers for certain bookings.
How do I contact a dive center directly?
Visit the dive center's profile page and use the Call or WhatsApp buttons to contact them directly.
